It looks great, although I feel as though I am the only person left who hasn't read it...

Terrible agonising over this cover in having to choose between cover shouts. Had phenomenal quotes from Mike Nicol and Victor Dlamini and just couldn't fit them all on, even if we ditched the stork (and we couldn't ditch the stork!)

Ja, if you ditched the stork, the stork might object in the most gruesome ways.

Not to knock our local awesomes but it's quite something having William Gibson on the front, I must admit.

Yeah, he's the one who caused all the trouble. Everything fit perfectly until that Gibson guy came along.

It's gorgeous, Lauren! I like it better even than the Angry Robot one. And criminy, what shouts- That's not a bad position to be in.You could have one of those little five-page shout sections that most uber-brilliant writers have in their *second* editions...

Brilliant cover. Brilliant shouts. Brilliant book. I'm guessing about the latter as I'm with Mandy here. Maybe we need to start a support group for those who haven't read Zoo City yet. Gibson's clearly not part of that magic circle. And of course, we'll be launching the brilliance at the BL on Tuesday May 25. Be there...

Wow. Speechless. Seems that even wonderful decisions aren't easy ones though. I love the stork. And the barcode in the Jacana logo...
